We accept returns within 28 days after the items are received. Please note if you wish to use it will cost you only £2.99.
The shoes and accessories should not be used and come with the original tag. We can't accept earrings, for hygienic reasons.
You need to return all the items purchased in a single order. If you choose a delivery option other than standard, you will only be refunded for the price of the standard delivery.
ROYAL MAIL POST OFFICE
1. To return online via Royal Mail, go to www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1969. Or you can log into your Koi account and create a return.
2. You will then be taken to the Royal Mail website or your account
1.) Select the shape of your parcel
2.) Select the size of your parcel
3.) Fill in your order number
4.) Select the reason for return
5.) Fill in your details
3. Please write a note in the parcel as to why you are returning the items to us.
4. You can then choose to either have the parcel collected from you, or you can drop it off yourself
5. Make sure to keep hold of your postage receipt!

IN STORE RETURNS
- Customers have the option to make returns at our store.
• This type of return must be done in person at the store and it's free of charge.
• Customers can return orders purchased in-store AND orders purchased online.
• Please bring with you: the items you would like to return, and either the order number OR receipt.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to land in your bank account.

It's important you keep a receipt of the postage to the depot, up until the refund of the items and also please write a note inside the parcel as to why you are returning this to us.
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, our best advice would be to return for a refund, and then place another order for the correct size.
